They advise the consumer to shake the bottle vigorously before application to ensure (as much as possible) that the oil-loving ingredient is dispersed evenly throughout the product. Maybe they use a water soluble form of coenzyme q10 but that doesn't explain how the vitamin e is emulsified. I've used their coenzyme twice before and don't remember it separating. Omg that is so weird!I was just looking at this product wondering how it mixed together! I wanted to add coenzyme q10 to a toner and was looking at this as an example.
